A basic uptime monitor may be enough. Scavo is for the ongoing work around a website: spotting issues, deciding what needs attention and checking the result after a fix.
A few useful details.
What counts as one website?
One monitored domain, with www and non-www treated as the same site. A separate subdomain counts as another website. You can add your own sites and client sites you have permission to monitor.
How often does Scavo check a website?
Uptime checks can run every minute on every plan. A health scan runs when you add a site, then weekly. You can request a fresh scan after a change, with a limit of five manual scans per website per day. Extra URL scans are separate from the weekly scans of your monitored sites.
Does Scavo check every page?
No. A full health scan runs the full check library, not an exhaustive crawl. It checks the main URL and samples up to two eligible internal pages. The report identifies the pages and evidence used. Some checks need browser or external data and can be inconclusive.
Does this replace my maintenance tools?
No. Keep your hosting, backups, plugin updates and specialist security tools. Scavo independently checks public pages across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and custom sites. It does not log into your CMS, fix code, submit forms or guarantee legal compliance or AI recommendations.
Can my team or clients sign in?
Each workspace currently has one account owner. You can share dated client reports without giving anyone access to your account. Separate staff seats and client logins are not included.
How does the trial work?
Choose a capacity and verify your email. You have 14 days to try monitoring and client reports, with no card required. Monitoring pauses at the end unless you explicitly choose a paid plan. There is no automatic charge.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade from billing. For a downgrade, contact us first so we can check your website count. Adding a site does not automatically increase your bill. Cancel future renewal from your dashboard; annual plans are billed upfront.
Is help with fixes included?
Email support covers Scavo setup and understanding a result. Development work is not included in the subscription. If you need hands-on help, Alex can discuss a separately quoted piece of work.
