Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can change billing cadence from your dashboard. A move to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period.
What's the difference between Solo and Team?
Both plans include the full check library, reports, alerts and fix guidance. Solo monitors 1 website with hourly uptime checks. Team monitors up to 5 websites, lets you choose uptime checks from 1 minute to 1 hour, and includes larger scan and status-page allowances.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from the dashboard. If a downgrade would put you over the lower plan's website limit, contact support and we will help choose which site stays monitored before the change takes effect.
Do I need a credit card to start?
A card is required for the 7-day trial, but you will not be charged until it ends. To look around first, you can run a free demo scan without signing up.
What if I need to monitor more than 5 sites?
Use the contact page and tell us how many sites you manage. We will confirm whether a larger plan makes sense before asking you to commit.
